J\u00e4rgmise aasta alguseks kerkib neist esimene, millesse tuleb 6100 ruutmeetrit kontoriruume. Kahe hoone peale kokku arendatakse v\u00e4lja ligi 11 000 ruutmeetrit \u00fc\u00fcritavat pinda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eesti kapitalil p\u00f5hinev Fund Ehitus rajab Ringi b\u00fcrood Veerenni ringristmiku \u00e4\u00e4rde, Tehnika t\u00e4navast J\u00e4rvevana tee poole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaanuaris valmib kahest hoonest suurem, kaheksakorruseline Ovaal Maja (Veerenni 38), mille korruste pindalad ulatuvad kuni 870 ruutmeetrini. Need omakorda on jagatud tinglikult tsooniks, nii et kontoriruumid j\u00e4\u00e4vad vahemikku 132-290 ruutmeetrit, ent neid on v\u00f5imalik ka kokku ehitada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suure p\u00f5hiplaaniga hoone keldrikorrusele rajatakse auto- ja jalgrattaparklad riietus- ja pesuruumide ning autopesulaga. Esimestel korrustel j\u00e4tkuvas parklas on ruumi 200 autole ja 60 jalgrattale. Samuti rajatakse parklasse elektriautode laadimispunktid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00fcrooruumidele \u00fchtki broneeringut veel tehtud ei ole, ehkki maakler Henno Viirese s\u00f5nul on l\u00e4bir\u00e4\u00e4kimised k\u00e4imas paljudega. Huvi on tundnud peamiselt IT- ja ehitusettev\u00f5tted, aga ka m\u00f5ned hambakliinikud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00fcroode rendihinnad algavad 12 eurot\/m2 + KM. A-energiaklassi hoone k\u00f5rvalkuludeks on arvestatud 1.50 eurot\/m2 + KM, millele lisanduvad m\u00f5\u00f5detavad kulud veele ja elektrile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaanuaris valmiva Ovaal Maja k\u00f5rvale kavandatavat samuti kaheksakorruselist Ellips Maja hakatakse ehitama s\u00fcgisel ja selle valmimine on kavandatud 2019. aasta l\u00f5ppu. Ellips Maja on alles projekteerimise faasis, sinna rajatakse 4800 ruutmeetrit v\u00e4lja\u00fc\u00fcritavaid b\u00fcrooruume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaal Maja projekteeris arhitektuurib\u00fcroo Arhitekt11 eesotsas Illimar Truverkiga ning Ellips Maja projekteeris Jane Teresk Fund Ehitusest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ringi b\u00fcroodest teisele poole ristmikku, Baltika moekvartali k\u00f5rvale on kerkimas ka uus
