Talsinki arendusega anname olulise panuse kogu piirkonna kujundamisse. P\u00f5hjamaade \u00fche suurima ja juhtiva panga SEB otsus kolida Talsinki kvartalisse on m\u00e4rgilise t\u00e4hendusega, r\u00f5hutades piirkonna rolli Tallinna ja Soome \u00fchendusl\u00fclina,&#8221; s\u00f5nas Urmas&nbsp;S\u00f5\u00f5rumaa, kelle ettev\u00f5te US Real Estate elu- ja \u00e4rikvartalit arendab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SEB juhatuse esimees Allan Parik lisas, et pank on SEB uue peahoone asukohta otsinud juba m\u00f5nda aega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Talsinki arendus paistab silma l\u00e4bim\u00f5eldud lahendustega \u2013 selle asukoht, kaasaegsus ja keskkonnas\u00f5bralikkus haakuvad h\u00e4sti meie v\u00e4\u00e4rtustega. SEB senine hoone on olnud Tornim\u00e4e piirkonnas selge maam\u00e4rk, kuid tajume, et elu ja \u00e4ritegevus liiguvad j\u00e4rjest enam mere poole. Usume, et meie uus peahoone kujuneb samuti maam\u00e4rgiks,&#8221; lisas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talsinki elu-ja \u00e4rikvartalis on kokku 50 000 ruutmeetrit brutopinda, millele rajatakse kolm kortermaja ja kaks \u00e4rihoonet. Lisaks SEB peakontorile on \u00e4rihoonetes veel hulk b\u00fcroo-, kaubandus- ja teeninduspinda, mille t\u00e4itmisega US Real Estate ka juba aktiivselt tegeleb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sarnaselt Rotermanni kvartalile kujuneb Talsinkist autovaba piirkond. S\u00f5idukitele rajatakse kaks maa-alust korrust kokku umbes 500 parkimiskohaga. Talsinki kvartali ehitust\u00f6\u00f6d algavad juba sel suvel ning kogu kvartal valmib 2028. aasta l\u00f5pus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talsinki kvartali arhitektuurilahenduse l\u00f5id arhitektuurib\u00fcrood Arhitekt11 ja&nbsp;HGA. Kvartali maastikuarhitektuuri autor on maastikuarhitektuurib\u00fcroo TajuRuum O\u00dc. Sisearhitektuuri teevad stuudiod Studio ARGUS ja L\u00c4VI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>US Real Estate on Urmas S\u00f5\u00f5rumaale kuuluv kinnisvaraettev\u00f5te, mille portfellis on \u00fcle 130 000 m\u00b2 \u00fc\u00fcritavat pinda ja \u00fcle 200 000 m\u00b2 arenduses olevat pinda. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1
