We are a full-service architecture bureau that believes that good architecture makes people’s lives better. We create spaces that are not just functional, but that tell stories and leave a mark. We combine creativity, technical execution and structured chaos to create something brilliant. Our goal is to always exceed expectations – both our own and our clients'. We believe that brilliant ideas come naturally, but success comes through following a structured work process. There is 5% genius here and the other 95% is work.

OUR HISTORY

Every great story is made up of small but important steps. These are the moments where decisions are made that change everything. Architect11's journey has been full of moments where the courage to experiment took us forward. Here are five such moments in Architect11's life that shaped us into who we are today.

1999

Even before the new millennium

Mattias Agabus, Eero Endjärv and Illimar Truverk created their eponymous architectural brand AGABUS, ENDJÄRV & TRUVERK ARCHITECTS (AETA). Their first collaboration was in the architectural competition for the Estonian pavilion at the Hannover EXPO 2000 World Exhibition.

2001-2008

AETA BUREAU

The AETA office was located at Jahu 12 and Niine 11!!

2011

Beginning exactly on time

November 11, 2011, at 11:11:11 AM - Architect11 was born. Mattias Agabus, Eero Endjärv, Illimar Truverk and Janar Toomesso join forces to create an architecture bureau that will make people look back many times.

2013

TECHNOLOGICAL LEAP

The entire company switches to ArchiCAD software and BIM technology. Model design becomes part of our DNA – while others were still drawing at that time, we were already building digitally.

2016

PROJECT MANAGEMENT REVOLUTION

We make a strategic decision to bring project managers alongside architects. This changes the rules of the game – architects can focus on creating, project managers keep clients happy and deadlines under control.

2017

AMONG THE TOP

We are reaching the top architectural bureaus in Estonia. The full-service model – architecture and interior architecture hand in hand – is proving itself in the market.

2020+

INTERNATIONAL WORK

We start cooperation with Lundén Architecture in Finland and expand the team internationally. We involve experts from Ukraine, the Netherlands, Spain – Our vision knows no boundaries.
