The interior architecture of the new office of the KEK commercial real estate development company was born from the need to create a space that reflects both the company's professionalism and its modern approach to commercial real estate development. Our task was to design a working environment that inspires both employees and guests.
The heart of the project was the idea of combining the warm elegance of wooden materials with modern minimalism and technical solutions. The space is dominated by black marble, oak planks and richly textured fabrics, which create a luxurious but not stuffy atmosphere. The open office layout was naturally divided into different functional zones: a work zone, meeting areas and a representative reception area. Each zone has its own character, but everything is united by a common design language.
The completed office is more than just a working environment – it is a physical expression of the company's identity. It is comfortable to work here, pleasant to meet clients and inspiring for generating new ideas.
