An apartment building is being built on Kentmanni Street, where a white vertical facade creates a regular rhythm. Each apartment will have its own clearly defined frame, where light and shadow play throughout the day.

The first floor of the building, covered in dark stone, creates a strong base from which the bright volume of the apartment building rises. The glass facade on the first floor opens up to the courtyard. Vertical elements alternate with windows and balconies, and green terraces open up on the roof floor.

The Kentmanni apartment building shows how modern architecture fits into the center of Tallinn – respecting the context, but not disappearing into it.
