The interior architecture of the Nõmme private residence demonstrates a skillful balance between the warmth of natural materials and modern minimalism. The spatial solution is dominated by the use of wood, which creates an organic connection between the exterior of the building and the interior environment. Dark brown wood in the kitchen hall and bathroom and light yellow stones in the floor surfaces and interior elements create a layered and rich world of textures. The overall approach to the interior architecture follows the principle of “less is more”, where each element is carefully selected and fulfills both an aesthetic and functional role. This creates a home that is timeless, comfortable and in harmony with the surrounding natural environment.
