On the shores of Pärnu Bay, where the forest meets the sea and pine trees gaze over a links-class golf course, we faced a challenge: how to create a clubhouse worthy of the Baltics’ first true links course? Our task was to offer golfers and guests a center-wide experience that embodies both the charm of the sea and sporting elegance.

Our solution was based on an organic dialogue between the building and the landscape. The exterior of the corten steel blends naturally with the environment of the beach sand and pine forest, while the two-story glass box opens up panoramic views in all directions. Inside, every detail tells the story of golf and the sea – the geometric ceiling coffered forms are reminiscent of the design of the sand holes characteristic of the links course.

We are particularly proud of how we were able to create an architectural solution that works on both an intimate scale and a monumental one. In the Eagle Restaurant, where massive ceiling artworks speak of the dynamic nature of the sea, you can enjoy a contemporary menu enriched with Nordic culinary culture. Everything is designed with the idea that golf is not just a game, but a lifestyle.

The result is a clubhouse that breathes with the rhythm of golf and the sea – a place where the architecture respects both the links tradition and modern sport, creating an environment where every game becomes a special experience.
