Allveelaeva 4 apartment building ensemble in Noblessner creates a complete residential complex that combines the principles of modern urban planning with historical maritime culture. The project demonstrates how modern architecture can harmoniously integrate into the Tallinn Bay. The block-based solution forms a closed structure with an internal courtyard, which offers residents a private and secure environment. At the same time, the open corner solution ensures a smooth transition with the surrounding urban space, creating a dynamic and accessible living environment.

The reddish brickwork dominates the lower parts of the building, giving the complex a warm and homely look. This material creates a strong connection with the historical industrial heritage of Noblessner, respecting the past of the area while creating a modern face. The white and light gray facade panels in the upper parts balance the reddish tonality, giving the complex a light and modern look. This contrasting use of materials creates a visual rhythm and helps to structure the volume of the buildings. A children's playground and landscaped recreational areas in the courtyard ensure a high-quality community environment.
