The historic villa on Tammsaare Avenue in Pärnu is one of the most magnificent examples of Estonian wooden lace architecture. Known as the summer residence of Päts and Laidoner during the First Republic of Estonia, the building has served several functions for decades — until it remained empty for more than 15 years. We created two packages for the historic villa that respect the character and past of the building. Dream is light and romantic, with an interior of beach-white tones, soft materials and carefully selected details that let the historical structure of the building speak. Adventure is a bold alter ego, i.e., a respect for the same history, but with sharp contrasts and a darker character — a seafaring spirit that is not afraid to stand out. The grand white staircase with a blue carpet in the historic lobby, the skylights opening to the attic floor, the light marble-like ceramic tiles in the bathrooms that highlight the view from the window of the old wooden villa in Pärnu — all of this is an unwritten agreement that luxury does not have to be loud.

Designed for contemporary buildings, the packages draw inspiration from their immediate surroundings. Sea Wave brings in warm wood and the greenish-blue tones of the sea. It is a sophisticated elegance that does not shout, but hints. Beach Stone is more earthy and natural. It is a world of sand, stones and sea breeze, where natural tones form a warm whole.
