Arteri Quarter consists of three buildings. The interior architecture of the 15-story Arteri office building is based on the historical memory of the area – the former sand fields that gave the streets their names. The interior concept uses different tonalities of sand through neutral, natural materials.

The common areas are representative – the use of materials, decorative lighting and furniture create a dignified first impression. Office spaces focus on functionality and comfort. The choice of materials emphasizes natural textures: veneered wall panels, large-format solid-mass panels with natural stone imitation, wooden ribbed suspended ceilings with acoustic wool panels.

We have also developed three different finishing packages for standard offices, allowing tenants to choose the solution that suits them best. The lighting solution is based on energy-efficient LED technology. All materials comply with the BREEAM standard.
