Three apartment buildings were built in a forest on the banks of the Mustjõe stream — in a place where Rocca al Mare and Stroomi beach are neighbors, and walking along the stream leads directly to the sea. A short drive from the city center, but far from the noise of the city.

The interior architecture approach reflects the character of the location. The building is active, but not restless. The rooms are dominated by dark gray tones and oak, which are contrasted by yellow-green accents and graphite black — a powerful combination that works with both the open panorama of the living room and the private atmosphere of the bedroom. The interior architecture is confident. It is not afraid of color or strong lines.
